1. ABOUT
Dazzler, accessible at https://dazzler.me ("Dazzler" or the "Website"), is a social media platform that allows users to upload photos, videos, audio, and textual content to their profiles. Users can set a monthly subscription price to earn revenue from paying subscribers ("Subs"). Dazzler is operated by a company registered in California, USA. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy ("Terms"), govern your use of Dazzler, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website. By registering and using Dazzler, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register, access, or use the Website.
This Website is only offered to users who are 18 years of age or older. The Website may contain explicit sexual content intended solely for adult audiences. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Dazzler after updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. You are expected to check this page periodically.
By using Dazzler, you consent to receiving communications electronically, including emails and in-platform messages. These communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice. You may withdraw consent by emailing support@dazzler.me.
Dazzler does not own User Content. Views expressed by Users do not represent Dazzler. All User Content interactions are between Users, and Dazzler is not a party to such transactions. Dazzler does not provide escorting, prostitution, or physical adult services of any kind. Access to the Website may not be legal in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
Dazzler reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Website or services;

Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law;

2. HOW IT WORKS
Dazzler allows Users to:

Upload and post content for access by their Subs;

Subscribe to other Users’ profiles to view restricted content.
"User" refers to anyone using the Website, whether earning money or subscribing.
"User Content" refers to all media uploaded by Users.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To create an account, you must provide a valid email, username, and password. All information must be accurate and complete. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You may be required to verify your identity to comply with legal and payment processor requirements.
Payment cards are stored by our processor; Dazzler does not store payment card data.
To earn revenue as a Creator, you must complete a Creator Application and provide:

Bank account information

Valid government-issued ID

Relevant legal and tax information (e.g., W-9 for US residents)
By registering, you confirm:

All information and content are truthful and accurate;

Previous accounts were not terminated for violations;

You will not use third-party payment processors outside Dazzler;

You will not sell, rent, or transfer your account;

You are responsible for all account activity and maintaining login security.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REVENUE
To access other Users’ content, you must subscribe via a payment method. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle.
Creators receive a revenue percentage according to their Creator Agreement. Payments are made via bank transfer or other authorized methods. Dazzler uses third-party payment processors to handle all payments. Dazzler does not store or process payment card details directly. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy as outlined below.
Any chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination. Issues with purchases should be directed to support@dazzler.me.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Dazzler (except User Content) is owned or licensed by us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Dazzler and affiliated trademarks may not be used without written consent. Unauthorized sharing of User Content may result in permanent banning and reporting to law enforcement.
6. LICENSE
We grant a conditional, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Dazzler for lawful personal purposes only. License may be revoked for violations.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must comply with these rules:

Use Dazzler only for lawful purposes;

Do not impersonate others or falsify information;

Do not depict minors or exploit them;

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content;

Do not promote escort services, illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited activities;

Do not interfere with the Website or use automated tools to extract data;

Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
Users under 18 will be deactivated and content deleted.
Dazzler allows AI-generated content. If you do not wish to consume AI content, you should not create an account or use the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content may be present.
8. USER CONTENT
Users represent and warrant that they:

Own or have rights to all User Content;

Have obtained all necessary third-party rights and permissions;

Make content available to Subs on a non-confidential basis.
Users indemnify Dazzler for any claims arising from their content.
9. COMPLAINTS
Report complaints about content or User conduct to support@dazzler.me.
Illegal or non-consensual content will be investigated and removed as appropriate.
Users must not submit abusive or bad-faith complaints. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
10. ANTI-SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Dazzler maintains zero tolerance for forced labor or human trafficking in operations or supply chains. Reports can be sent to support@dazzler.me.
11. DMCA
Dazzler complies with the U.S. DMCA. To file a copyright claim, contact support@dazzler.me with required details. Counter-notifications are accepted in accordance with DMCA rules.
12. LINKING & THIRD-PARTY SITES
Users may link to the homepage fairly and legally but may not suggest endorsement. Links to third-party sites are at the User’s risk.
13. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
Dazzler is provided “as is” without warranties. Dazzler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to $100 USD to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify Dazzler against any claims arising from:

Their use of the Website

User Content they post
-
Transactions with other Users

Violations of Terms or applicable law
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Terms are governed by California, USA law. Disputes are resolved exclusively in California courts. Claims must be filed within one year.
16. WAIVER & SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and Dazzler regarding the Website.
18. REFUND POLICY
All purchases on Dazzler are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access granted upon subscription, Dazzler does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled by the user prior to the next billing date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
If you experience any billing issues or believe a charge was made in error, you are required to contact support@dazzler.me before initiating a chargeback.
